“The experience is as described with a small group cooking class making the dishes listed. Plenty of food for a meal and good instructions. They also share the recipes at the end. I think it would be the best experience with people you know because there was a lot of time to chat between the cooking steps. The chef explaining everything was very knowledgeable and it was easy to follow the steps. It would be nice to learn more about the food culture while doing the cooking.”

It was in a home and the teacher was the right amount of teaching and correcting so you really learn how to make it for the future, not just this one experience. She and her son did a good job making sure everyone felt included and got along, even if we knew different primary languages. This was a really great afternoon and I recommend it for anyone who enjoys food and wants a different tourist experience.”

“I loved cooking with Maia and Nina! They had all the ingredients prepared nicely so it would be easy to cook even for beginners. I really enjoyed making khinkali and the eggplant with walnut paste. There is so much food! They even packaged up the leftovers nicely for me to take back to my hotel. I would recommend Maia and Nina's cooking class to everyone. They are so kind! We even left with some starter spices to re-make the recipes at home, and leftovers in a take-out box. Great so couples or families looking to experience traditional Georgian cooking.
