“There was nothing other than terrible experience for us. Such a huge disappointment. The tour guide spoke only in Russian the whole time and said only few words in English for name sake. He did not give any instructions on where we are headed or about the location. It felt as if the guide was on his private tour. It was just 16 hours of journey in that car with this guy shouting in Russian the whole time. We booked other tours as well from Viator and had good experience but this one was the worst thing ever.
