Armenia day trip from Tbilisi with UNESCO monasteries, homemade lunch at a local family home, plus Debed Canyon and a MiG 21 museum for $59.

“Excellent day trip with the lovely Nina as our guide. An easy way to see another country while in Tbilisi. Crossing the border took about an hour each way. The three monasteries were interesting and different from Georgian ones. The lunch was excellent. The biggest surprise was the beautiful landscapes of that part of Armenia. Hills and forests with some crumbling Soviet era infrastructure. The other travelers in the van were friendly which made the day a lot of fun.”

“The tour is very nice and the guide was flexible in meeting our needs. The car is relatively comfortable. Beautiful sights and enough time on every location. The traffic/driving is not like we are used to from home countries, it is more aggressive here and we saw segertal accidents on the road. Our guide also helped us to check in for the accomodations which was very kind. I recommend this tour for everyone curious in visiting Armenia.”

“Very good experience. Learnt a lot from our nice and knowledgeable guide Alexis. He’s a good driver and the car is also good. The whole travel was comfortable. We also had really great local food with his guidance. I still cannot forget taste of that dish of potato! I tried ChatGPT but cannot find name of that potato dish. Look forward to try it again!”
