“The driver johnny that drove us was beyond amazing, very kind. However we had an incident at the prometheus cave where the boat driver drove off before i could even dip my head or put on the helmet properly which ended up in a nasty head bump. They didnt have anyone to assist or didnt even has a first aid kit. How could a cave tourist attraction not have first aid or someone to deal with any injury. The cave is beautiful but horribly management. The other location was a breath of fresh air and again johnny was very helpful. He assisted very kindly with our incident.”

“Very poor experience, we went as a group of 4 young girls and were harassed the entire time and the tour guide kept touching our arms and backs. We tried to avoid him but he seemingly only talks to us. The tour bus was hot and the stops were mediocre. We asked for a refund because of our guides innapropriate behaviour and we were denied.”

“There was nothing other than terrible experience for us. Such a huge disappointment. The tour guide spoke only in Russian the whole time and said only few words in English for name sake. He did not give any instructions on where we are headed or about the location. It felt as if the guide was on his private tour. It was just 16 hours of journey in that car with this guy shouting in Russian the whole time. We booked other tours as well from Viator and had good experience but this one was the worst thing ever. The timing mentioned was from 7-9pm, We left the place around 7:20…”
