Now we were told that it’s not done during winters. Then why put it in the itinerary on the website/app!? I’m sure if your customise it for winters the price would reduce too.. However, more info could have been provided before the tour began. I had to reach out to the tour operator in order to find out that we were supposed to find our own accommodation in Mestia. It was also not until the day before the tour (after we have arrived in Georgia) that the operator messaged us telling us to bring boots and warm clothes. This could have been relayed ahead of time, when we were still in our home country packing, not the day before.”
